1. Service Nature
   Housingoutlook is a service-based platform offering Property Verification, Legal Assistance, and Digital Promotion for Vijayawada Urban & Rural properties. We are not property brokers/agents, and we do not guarantee sale or purchase of property.

2. No Brokerage / Fixed Fees
   Housingoutlook charges transparent, fixed service fees for professional services. We do not collect or claim any brokerage, commission, or percentage of property value.

3. Verification & Legal Services

    ✅ Property verification is carried out based on the documents provided by clients and available                  records from government offices.
    ✅Housingoutlook is not responsible for hidden defects, forged documents, or undisclosed claims             on property that are beyond standard verification.

    ✅Clients are advised to obtain independent legal advice before finalizing any property transaction.

4. Government Charges
   All Govt. challans, stamp duty, registration charges, and miscellaneous office fees are payable directly by the client. These are not included in Housingoutlook’s service fees.

5. Third-Party Services
   Housingoutlook may assist clients in connecting with third-party service providers (banks, NBFCs, legal advisors, etc.). However, Housingoutlook is not liable for the performance, delay, or outcome of such third-party services.

6. No Guarantee of Transaction
   While Housingoutlook promotes properties and connects buyers/sellers, the final decision, negotiation, and transaction responsibility lies solely with the buyer and seller. Housingoutlook does not guarantee the completion of any deal.

7. Jurisdiction
   All services and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh courts only.
