What is a release deed? Who are the parties involved?

Release deed or Relinquishment deed is a legal document/instrument where a person legally or formally gives up or releases his legal rights of the said property without any monetary consideration. The ownership transfer is absolute and is effective as soon as the deed is registered. The person who makes the release deed is known as the releasor since the rights are released in a property. The person who receives the relinquished rights is known as a releasee. The releasor and releasee make the two parties in the deed.

What are the documents needed to draft the release deed and how do I share it with the lawyer?
