Welcome to Housingoutlook – Vijayawada’s First One-Stop Trusted Property Platform.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Scope of Services
✅Housingoutlook provides property-related professional services including verification, legal assistance, and digital promotion for Vijayawada Urban & Rural properties only.✅We are not brokers/agents and do not charge commission or brokerage on property transactions.
✅Our services are delivered through structured plans (HSP) for sellers and buyers.
2. Service Packages & Fees
✅Clients must select from available Housingoutlook Service Packages (HSP) – Basic, Standard, or Premium.✅Service fees are fixed, transparent, and non-negotiable.
✅All Government charges (stamp duty, challans, registration fees, etc.) and miscellaneous expenses are extra and payable by the client.
3. Payments & Refunds
✅Fees must be paid in advance before service initiation.✅Once services have started (verification, legal work, promotion), fees are non-refundable.
✅Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Property Verification & Legal Services
✅Verification is conducted based on documents provided by the client and available government records.✅Housingoutlook is not liable for undisclosed claims, forged documents, or defects beyond standard verification.
✅Clients are encouraged to obtain independent legal advice before finalizing property transactions.
5. Promotion & Lead Sharing
✅ Housingoutlook promotes properties on digital platforms (YouTube, WhatsApp, social media).✅ Buyer leads generated are shared with the seller, but Housingoutlook does not guarantee sale/transaction completion.
✅ We do not misuse or publicly share client phone numbers without consent.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
✅ Housingoutlook values client confidentiality. Personal details are never shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
✅ Clients agree to provide accurate and authentic documents for services.
7. NRI Services
✅ NRI clients may appoint Housingoutlook as a local representative via GPA (General Power of Attorney).✅ Validity for NRI plans is 1 year unless otherwise agreed.
✅ Housingoutlook ensures representation but is not liable for delays caused by government offices, banks, or third parties.
8. Limitations of Liability
✅ Housingoutlook does not guarantee transaction success, property sale, or purchase.✅ We are not responsible for disputes arising between buyer and seller.
✅ Housingoutlook is not liable for delays or failures caused by government departments, third-party institutions, or force majeure events.
9. Jurisdiction
✅ All services and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh courts only.
10. Acceptance of Terms
✅ By using Housingoutlook services, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.
