👀 Physical showing of the property to an interested buyer

📌 Basic factual explanation limited to:

Location & approach road

Visible layout / boundaries (as seen on site)

Construction stage or land condition

🤝 Facilitating direct Buyer–Seller communication

❌ What this does NOT include:

❌ Price negotiation or bargaining

❌ Deal closing or follow-ups

❌ Legal opinion, title certification, or valuation
