At HousingOutlook, we value our clients’ trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments are handled for our services.


1. Service-Based Fees

▪️All fees are charged for professional time, effort, and expertise.
▪️Since most services involve document checks, legal opinions, drafting, and field support, fees once paid are generally non-refundable.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

▪️HousingOutlook is unable to provide the agreed service due to internal reasons.
▪️The service was cancelled before any work was initiated.
▪️Government fees mistakenly collected by us (if any) will be refunded in full.

⚠️ No refunds are applicable once verification, consultation, drafting, or fieldwork has started.


3. Cancellations

▪️If you cancel a service after booking, cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of work.
▪️For packaged services (DPC, DPARC, DPMARC, DPS), only unutilized portions may be adjusted at HousingOutlook’s discretion.


4. Government Charges

▪️Stamp duty, registration charges, certified copy fees, and other government charges are collected on your behalf.
▪️These are non-refundable, even if you cancel the service midway.


5. Loan / Third-Party Assistance

▪️For loan assistance or third-party services, refunds depend on the policies of banks, agencies, or vendors. HousingOutlook is not responsible for their refund timelines.
