⚖️ Refund & Cancellation Policy – Housingoutlook

At Housingoutlook – Vijayawada’s First One-Stop Trusted Property Platform, we provide service-based solutions (Property Verification, Legal Assistance, Digital Promotion). Once a service is initiated, it involves time, effort, and government fees, hence refunds are limited.

🔹 1. Cancellation Policy

✅Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided the service has not yet started.

✅Once verification, legal, or promotion work has commenced, cancellation is not permitted.

✅For government-related services (EC, certified copies, registration, etc.), Govt. challans/fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

🔹 2. Refund Policy

✅ 100% refund if Housingoutlook cannot deliver the service due to internal reasons (before initiation).

✅ No refund once services such as property verification, document checks, legal drafting, or promotions are initiated.

✅ If partial work is done, Housingoutlook may, at its discretion, provide a pro-rata refund (excluding Govt. fees & miscellaneous charges).

🔹 3. NRI & Premium Plans

✅ For NRI / Premium plans (end-to-end handling), clients must issue a formal cancellation request in writing.

✅ In such cases, only the unused portion of services may be considered for a partial refund. Govt. fees & completed tasks are non-refundable.

🔹 4. Dispute Resolution

✅ Any disputes will be addressed under the jurisdiction of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh courts.

✅ Housingoutlook will always aim for a fair and transparent resolution with clients.

✅ Housingoutlook charges are for professional services only. Govt. challans, stamp duty, registration charges, and miscellaneous expenses are always extra and cannot be refunded.
