➡️ Not for deal success or outcome.
📌 2. Cancellation Before Service
Starts
✔ If a paid service is cancelled before
work has started,
👉 a partial or full refund may be considered at Housingoutlook’s
discretion,
👉 after deducting any administrative or processing charges (if
applicable).
📌 Refund eligibility depends on:
➡️ Type of service
➡️ Preparation already completed
➡️ Time blocked or resources allocated
📌 3. Cancellation After Service
Has Started
🚫 No refund will be provided
once:
➡️ Work has started
➡️ Time has been invested
➡️ Documents have been reviewed or
prepared
➡️ Site visit or presentation work has
begun
This includes partial completion of
services.
📌 4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly
non-refundable once initiated:

❌ Site visit coordination & on-ground support
❌ Legal consultation sessions
❌ Document review, verification, or drafting
❌ Advisory or decision-support services
📌 5. No Refund for Deal Outcome
🚫 Refunds will not be provided
if:
➡️ Buyer or seller decides not to
proceed
➡️ Negotiations fail
➡️ Deal is cancelled between parties
➡️ Price or terms are not agreed

reduction, and informed decisions,
even if the transaction does not proceed.

Third-Party Charges

👉 Are non-refundable and
governed by respective authorities.
Housingoutlook is not responsible for
refunds related to third-party services.
📌 7. Mode & Timeline of
Refunds
✔ Approved refunds (if any) will be
processed via:

➡️ Another mutually agreed method
⏳ Processing time may take 7–10 working
days after approval.
📌 8. Right to Refuse Refund
Housingoutlook reserves the right to refuse
refunds in cases of:

🚫 Unreasonable expectations beyond service scope

ఖర్చు చేసిన సమయం,

ప్రొఫెషనల్ అనుభవంపై ఆధారపడతాయి
➡️ డీల్ ఫలితంపై కాదు
📌 2. సేవ ప్రారంభం ముందే క్యాన్సిల్ చేస్తే
✔ చెల్లించిన
సేవను పని ప్రారంభం కాకముందే రద్దు చేస్తే,
👉 పరిమితంగా లేదా పూర్తిగా రిఫండ్ ఇవ్వబడే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది
👉 అడ్మినిస్ట్రేటివ్ ఖర్చులు (ఉంటే) తగ్గించబడతాయి

➡️ డాక్యుమెంట్లు పరిశీలించిన తర్వాత
➡️ సైట్
విజిట్ లేదా ప్రెజెంటేషన్ మొదలైన తర్వాత
➡️ సేవ
పాక్షికంగా పూర్తయినా కూడా రిఫండ్ వర్తించదు.
📌 4. రిఫండ్ లేని సేవలు
క్రింది సేవలు ప్రారంభమైన తర్వాత రిఫండ్ చేయబడవు:

📌 5. డీల్ జరగకపోతే రిఫండ్ లేదు

కారణాల వల్ల రిఫండ్ ఇవ్వబడదు:
➡️ Buyer లేదా
Seller వెనక్కి తగ్గితే
➡️ నెగోషియేషన్ విఫలమైతే
➡️ ఒప్పంద
షరతులు సరిపోలకపోతే
✨ సేవల
విలువ:
👉 రిస్క్ తగ్గింపు
👉 సరైన అవగాహన
లో ఉంటుంది — డీల్ జరగకపోయినా.
📌 6. ప్రభుత్వ
& మూడో పార్టీ ఛార్జీలు
💰 స్టాంప్
డ్యూటీ,
రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజులు వంటి
👉 ప్రభుత్వ ఛార్జీలు రిఫండ్ చేయబడవు
Housingoutlook మూడో పార్టీ రిఫండ్లకు బాధ్యత వహించదు.

✔ అంగీకరించిన రిఫండ్లు (ఉంటే):

➡️పరస్పర
అంగీకారంతో వేరే విధంగా
