There are usually two aspects to any property verification
done here at Housingoutlook. The first being the land on which the property is
being constructed. Our property lawyers go back at least 30 - 40 years in time
to trace the history of the land and to ensure that there are no problems with
respect to ownership transfers, partitions, conversions, mutations etc. Second,
being the flat/house that is being constructed on that land has got all the
necessary approvals and regulatory compliances in place.
Who

Will
you come and collect the property documents from me?
Yes, we will collect the physical copy of the property
documents from your home or office whichever is convenient for you. After you
place your Order, our logistics team will coordinate with you and collect and
deliver the documents within 24 hours.
I have
only soft copy of the property documents; how should I proceed?
All our property lawyers require physical copies of these
property documents for their legal verification. Housingoutlook can get these
documents printed for you @ Rs. 1 per page if you share the link of these
documents in any file sharing service like Google Drive, Dropbox etc.
Will Housingoutlook
help me retrieve my booking amount from the seller in case the legal
verification of property documents fails?
No, we will not be able to help you with that. We always
advise our customers to get into a written understanding with their seller to
ensure that the booking amount is refunded in case the legal verification

Will
you review the Sale and Construction Agreement as part of the property document
verification process?
The Review of these documents is not part of the base
service. However, you can buy the Sale Agreement Review and Construction
Agreement Review separately as an Add-On Service. These are typically one-sided
agreements favoring the builder/developer. It is highly recommended that you
get these Agreements reviewed to ensure that your interests as a buyer are
protected.
Does
the Base Service cover the Government Office Inspection and Verification of
Original Documents?
The base service of Legal Verification of Property
Documents entails going through the property documents given by your seller and
to find risks or faults in them. These are usually photocopy of the Originals
and given to all prospective customers by the builder/developer. If you want
our lawyers to check the Originals at the Builders premise or to Investigate
the authenticity of the given documents in the concerned Government Offices,
then these can be done but at an additional cost. You can avail these services
